New Home Lots

Several lots are now available in Mead Development II. All lots in our first development are sold and several new homes have already been built.

Lots are located just north of Mead Elementary and offers a great location for anyone with young children.

Additionally, protective covenants are in place. Contact Scott Selko for a complete set of the convenants.

Highlights of the Protective Covenants:

Only lots 1 and 12 may be used for multiple family dwellings (four apartments maximum)
Other lots may have single family or duplex family homes
All construction must be new, no previously used homes may be moved in
All dwellings, duplexes or multi-family dwellings constructed shall have the exterior and landscaping completed within one year from the date of the beginning of construction.
Structures must comply with these requirements:
One story single family homes must be at least 1200 square feet exclusive of basement, garages and other attached accessory floor area
One and half story or greater single family homes must have at least 1400 square feet exclusive of basement, garages and other attached accessory floor area
A duplex shall contain at least 800 square feet of floor area in each living unit exclusive of basement, garages and other attached accessory floor area
A multi family unit shall contain at least 500 square feet of floor area in each living unit exclusive of basement, garages and other attached accessory floor area
All single family dwellings or duplexes require a roof pitch of 4" per 12 " or steeper
